Life Insurance

Basic life insurance is company provided for all full-time and part-time associates at no cost to the associate. We also offer supplemental coverage like term life, disability, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance to help you plan ahead or handle the unexpected like a pro.

Parental Benefits

Whether you are expanding your family or looking for help caring for them, Parker's offers up to 12 weeks paid family leave options and a generous childcare benefit up to $5,000 per year.

short Term Disability

Disability insurance helps you pay the bills when you're unable to work because of illness or injury. We offer company-paid short term disability insurance to all full-time team members working with Parker's Kitchen for at least one year.

Flexible Spending & Dependent Care Accounts

Associates can pay for non-reimbursed healthcare and eligible daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis through our through our medical and dependent care FSA offerings.

Employee Assistance Program

Parker's offers company-paid EAP services to associates including three face-to-face appointments for counseling or therapy, legal and financial resources, work/life resources including parenting, and free consultations with professionals.
